  • Getting Healthy can be difficult  to start and maintain as a truck driver, but it can be done if you  follow some basic rules.

Walking can be the 1st step to a healthier you. Here is how to start.

  • Plan your distance and time, we don't need to do a mile today.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and cloths for the weather your walking  in.
  • Carry a bottle of water.
  • Adopt a pet to walk with and  to help you stay on your Health & Wellness plan.
